Its kinda funny. Heroway was nerfed so apparently died(guilds teams still run it however), then zergway became the new meta and gained a foothold, since the only alternative for a time was balance and randomway.

This is a valid point, as the vast majority of the zergway players are very bad players. I doubt the average zerg warrior will know how to use fear me and distrupting chop properly, and therefore this skills aren't the very big threat that they seem to be.

Gank makes playing at non-peak hours a art form. When I heard a lot of their guild is r12 my response was "wow.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .............."
they are a fame farm guild comprised of fame farming players, when the game is left between balance and randomway, they will be the tards playing smiteball.

Against normal kite, there's charge warrior and against vocal minority or other minor hexes, some groups bring hex remove for paras.

@ wuzzman... until you can post a constructive thread aiming to help other players in HA i suggest you refrain from making comments like ''this thread should have been closed on post 1'' gtfo out of my thread and stay out of them in future unless you have some positive and constructive comments to make. You are exactly what this forum does not need. When people take time to help others it should be seen a something beneficial... especially in HA where most players under rank 6 feel like the top players dont care anything about them. if you have nothing to learn from the guide then dont read it... if you have anything constructive to add to the guide then post it and i will add it to the guide. If you wish to raise any points of discussion with me... then post it in a constructive manner.

you failed on all accounts.

@ all the posts about [GANK]... is it at all relevant? Please try to keep mention of specific guilds out of this thread. This is a general thread.

keep on topic please.

I was in GANK, and in their defence I would say that being in that guild is like being held at gunpoint. Your nailed for everything you do. [Ego] [Pi] hell even [MATH] held halls once in a while at inactive hours. Guilds have good days and guilds have bad days. Posts like this are retarded and don't help anything.
On a good day I am sure your guild would lose to GANK. Hands down, any build. They have good players.

On the topic of GANK, I have lost a bit of respect for them as players ever since they ran gimmicy builds like obs flame or NR thumpers etc, HOWEVER, they are one of the few teams I REALLY look forward to playing against, because otherwise its just a dull match usually win or lose when you play agains the same build everyone else plays.

This is actually a win idea, if your team has some way to deal with the spirits. I actually switch back and forth spiking the paragons. call spike, switch, call spike, switch, call spike, switch. Wears em down and they die.

if your post is a thread, wouldn't it have been better to have it closed on the first post so that players can come and reference it without having to read through post that you don't agree with

timebandit, lol I see why you use that name. You can not see the time of which posts have been made. If you don't play HA, why are you even posting here.

Apparently it is the new black, to point out how you do not play the game.

Un-nat sig can be used, but to be honest I think mesmer bars are crammed. Just like everything else. There is a soul reaping necro skill, forgot it's name. Can do damage to someone with dead ally or pet, has anyone tried this? I have never used it, it instantly recharges if it hits someone with dead ally/pet, but a long charge if not. Similar to un-nat signet.

that would be signet of sorrow. 1 sec cast, 30 sec recharge. 15-63 dmg (i think) to target, recharges instantly if target is near dead ally or pet.

and yes it slaughters zergway. about a month and a half ago, when i was still actually playing, we were running IV spike and ran into a zergway. we slaughtered them so badly it wasn't funny. the opening IV spikes hit the zergs that over extended, spiked trapper, then sos/iv the remaining zergs/paras, then IV the priest. took less than 2 min. Once the first few spikes hit, the pets start dying off, more fuel for SoS. At that point Iway doesn't make any difference, as SoS is armor ignoring and you can spam it like crazy.

When playing IV against IWAY, just first IV spike some pets and then spam signet untill they're dead, easy

Live for the swarm!!! This kinda reminds of Starcraft when ppl (particularly in multiplayer where one map is really small) create zerglings and completely destroy all foes within 3 minutes or so. But in Guild Wars, I find ths to be a joke (type zerg in PvXwiki if you don't know what that means)

But I find this not only only, but a sheer joke. Much like the nerfed spiritway. Anet, you really need to nerf more on IWAY or something like that (like putting in a max time cap).
